But today I recommend just only one kind for both adults and kids. That is just yogurt. The city where I live now is a costal city. People here prefer yogurt to milk and you can find many kinds of package of yogurt in the supermarket. I gradually accept and begin to love this beverage which cannot be found very much in my hometown. Yogurt is delicious and has a lot of benefits that milk cannot provide.
