The way you feel (terrific or fatigued) and the way you look during pregnancy and as a new mother (sleek or bulgy) depend to a great extent on actions you take during pregnancy regarding diet and exercise.

There is no doubt that pregnant mums have the same recognition that great diet and nutrition take such an important role in the growth of foetus physical and mental health. However, the role that exercises plays in the period of pregnancy has not much realized.

Suitable exercises during pregnancy not only makes you feel good but also easy the strain of labour and delivery.

Here to recommend several suggestions of exercises.

  1.  aerobic exercises during pregnancy
  2. strength training exercise during pregnancy
  3. choosing an exercises class is also helpful
  4. Yoga course for pregnant women.

Whatever you are interested in, you should first consult a doctor and choose the one suits you. Also during different stages of pregnancy, you have different choices.

Five kinds of healthy food instead of supplement

November 28th, 2009

Health product sells good nowadays because parents think it can offer extra nutrition for their kid’s physical and mental health. They spend a large sum of money on health products and supplements and share the news of which brand on the market is better. However, the best and most economic way to keep healthy is our diet. It is the root. Here we summarize five general kinds of food we should have for our kids and ourselves.

  1. Whole grains, be rich in rutin and B-vitamins. Having whole wheat bread instead of white bread is a good choice for kid’s breakfast.
  2. Nuts, be rich in vitamin E and good snacks for kids and ourselves as well.
  3. Red and green vegetables, active component are vitamin A and beta carotene. If you have no idea when facing so many choices of vegetables, then choose the one with deeper color.
  4. Citrus fruits, active component are vitamin C. I think all of us know the function of vitamin C.
  5. Seafood, active component is zinc and Omega-3 fatty acids. Zinc can help fight acne because it’s involved in metabolizing testosterone, which affects the production of an oily substance caused sebum, a primary cause of acne. Zinc also assists in new cell production and the sloughing off of dead skin, which gives the skin a nice glow.
