Safe food when pregnant

When you are pregnant, you want to know what food are safe and helpful for the baby’s physical health. A natural birth includes the usage of herbs during the different cycles of pregnancy, and continue to be very helpful during childbirth and breastfeeding times.

Reports of conjoined twin babies, anencephalus, harelipped babies are not new nowadays anyway. We get more and more news from the media that the percentage of abnormal baby increases in a decade. It is the nightmare of all the parents when facing the deformity after a 10 months’ time pregnancy. A big part attributed to this deformity is the safety of our food.

Here we suggest several food, drinks and snacks for mother-to-be from our experts.

    2. spinach, contains abundant of folic acid which plays a great role in child’s mental and brain growth. 
    3. more drinks of green tea, which offers micro supplement such as zinc
    4. fish
    5. nuts, like peanuts,etc,great protein and vitamin E and B group

sour fruits, apples, oranges, grapes and tomatoes.,etc. It is best for pregnant woman to stay away from hawthorn that may lead to misbirth.
