Since antenatal training is important and more and more parents show their interest, I think it’s time to talk about the easy doing methods. Your suggestions about antenatal training are always welcomed here. There are abundant antenatal training methods in different countries and some of them are even past from old generations. So, follow all of them to make a super cover baby? Get yourself busy at entering so much of fashionable antenatal training classes? No,busy and expensive. The key point of antenatal training is consciously making stimulation to the fetus. First of all, a good outer environment helps mum setting up a placid state of mind. Secondly, nutritious diet offers essential need that fetus need during pregnancy. Based on the two above premises, mum’s love and happiness are the third most helpful in antenatal training. We still have some tips for mum to be.

  1. Easy, gentle and happy music. Too loud rock and roll is noise. Personally speaking, mum’s song is the best song and music for babies in the world.
  2. Talk to your baby, simple words about beauty, sound and light is good. Trust that your baby can really feel what you feel.
  3. Slightly stroke and pat him, he can feel and have his reaction.
  4. Whisper his name when 6 months after pregnancy, he will react it earlier after delivery.
  5. Tell your baby wonderful stories with your own words.
  6. Don’t forget to take the every chance to tell him what interest you when go out for strolling.

 I think mums have other good ways for antenatal training. It is profound and simple. Mum’s song is the best song and mum’s love is the best antenatal training. Share your way of antenatal training with all the mums.

How much do you know antenatal training? Do you have any cognition of antenatal training? Do you have an antenatal training when you are pregnant?

When I ask the question to my colleague, his answer is not necessary.

Antenatal training is not what it’s like literally. Is it train your baby to learn? No. However, science and researches show that antenatal training has much relation with the IQ and EQ later developed in kid’s life. Compared with those babies without an antenatal training, antenatal training is advantageous. As far as I am concerned, antenatal training is making stimulations to the baby’s nerve system and develops his feelings of the outer surrounding. Can baby feel what I do to him?

Maybe the answer is yes.

  1. When fetus gets two months old after pregnancy, the backbone begins to form.
  2. 8 weeks after pregnancy, fetus’s skin can feel, so touch and stroke can develop the growth of brain.
  3. 2 months after pregnancy, fetus tries to swim.
  4. 3 months after pregnancy, fetus sucks their fingers and anything he can touch with his mouth.
  5. 4 months after pregnancy, fetus can hear with his little ears and will be shocked when hearing a big noise. That is why gentle music can help.
  6. 5 months after pregnancy, fetus has memories. Mum’s voice can be kept in mind.
  7. 5 months after pregnancy, fetus’ kidney works and he can pee in mum’s amniotic fluid.
  8. 6 months after pregnancy, fetus can smell and remember mum’s odor.
  9. 6 months after pregnancy, fetus kick mum’s womb and amniotic fluid shakes, which stimulates fetus nerve and helps the brain’s growth.

From the above 9 items, you may have more understanding what is antenatal training and how it works. We usually think music, mum’s stroke and voice, and etc helps. That is because these activities offer much stimulation and develop the baby’s feeling system and cognition before he come to the world. It is an advantage.
